the Launch of the Vert Sustainable Real Estate
Fund for UK and European Investors
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA – SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 – Vert Asset Management, a dedicated sustainability-focused investment manager, announces the launch of the Vert Global Sustainable Real Estate Fund for UK and European investors. The new fund is a Dublin-based UCITs fund with the same investment strategy as the existing Vert Global Sustainable Real Estate ETF for US investors. The strategy invests across the globe in publicly listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) using evidence-based financially material sustainability criteria.
